Plagued by a catalogue of child and adolescent bullying, she is the survivor of depression, a near fatal car accident, a victim of hair loss, overcame a near leg amputation, bears multiple facial scars and a returning hospital patient and suffered recent crippling open back surgery, hip and jaw replacements. Her remarkable journey has defined the woman she is today and how she relates to and defines the human spirit.
