Matthew Hodgkinson

Matthew is a Partner at Satya Capital. Having joined the firm in 2009, his transaction experience at Satya includes: Consumer Goods, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Financial Services and Technology sectors. He has worked on projects in over 15 countries across the continent. He joined Satya from Terra Firma, an international private equity group, based in London, where he worked on both the investment appraisal and portfolio management teams. Prior to Terra Firma, Matthew was a M&A investment banker at Lehman Brothers. He is a former Andersen scholar and was an officer in the British Army Reserve. Matthew has BA in Economics and Management from Christ Church, Oxford; and an EMBA from Tsinghua and INSEAD.
