Marebe C. Kalisa is an investment professional at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), where she works across public and private market investments with a focus on portfolio management, investment strategy, and long-term value creation. Her experience spans investment evaluation, transaction support, and working closely with companies across sectors critical to Rwanda’s economic growth. Marebe is particularly interested in the role African institutional capital can play in building resilient businesses and shaping sustainable development across the continent. She holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences both from Northwestern University.
